Why do unbaptized people go to hell?

So does Baptism guarantees a ticket to heaven...

Again, as you've been reading in these ramblings of mine, you'll notice that ancient knowledge got twisted and pour souls with an eager for attention and control usurped the concept of Baptism and totally depletted it of any of it's true significance.

The Elements - Water

By now you know of Earth, Water, Air and Fire (from my "name of God" article at least) which are the esoterical bases for all existence (it's a metaphor for mind concepts, not the equivalent of the physical substances by the same name). Since it's Baptism we're talking here, I'll stick to Water. Or more likely, I won't...

Water is associated with a cup.
You see, the cup holds water.
The esoteric Water element is associated with the heart, for the heart is the cup of blood, fills with it and pushes it foward, hence, Water is also the element of Love. But I digress, and allow me to digress even further...

The Holy Communion
Bread/Platter - Wine/Cup

I've written a portuguese article describing the holy communion rite - still not translated to English - but there I've not made the elements parallel.

The bread is served on a platter (platter is symbol for Earth, materialization, manifestation) and the wine on a cup (symbol for water, here the cup is the container of thoughts, the mind, the uterus of will).

Basically you have that the bread is your body, given to you as a physical manifestation, and the wine is your mind, also given to you to allow you to create. Your Will/Soul will "eat" and "drink" of these resources in order to express itself on it's return to divinity. You're the Son of God. Your body and blood are sacrificed for you(r sins). Those physical resources remind you of (in memory of) this "eating and drinking" everytime you use them, they "become" mistaken/identified with you in your mind, you think of yourself mortal... but that's another story. A ressurrecting one.

Back to Baptism.

Purification

Water is associated with, naturally, bath and higiene, therefor, it purifies.
In order for the concept of "purification" to actually make sense, you need to have something dirty, filthy, contaminated to begin with. Wash it, and the debris get thrown away with the water, for nature to recicle them as it pleases.

This is one of the aspects of Baptism, the ritual, it "washes" away impurities, cleans you up for your spiritual journey. Were you not a Child when baptized and fully aware of the meaning of the ritual, you'd feel a therapeutical psicological effect of release. Getting rid of your inner trash. Instant Relief. Change of psyche. That's also called Magick.

Sharing the responsabilities

Water also spreads fast and assumes the shape of whatever it thouches.
It's been used to spread the guilt or getting rid of it, let's say, by "washing your hands". In ancient times, this hand washing ritual's water got poured in a vase and then sprayed on the crowd, hence making all share the responsility.

This ritual got carried through to ages until today, where you may witness it as the Asperges of Mass, although many priests may have no clue about it's real meaning.

My point here it that Water cleans...

The Fire of Hell

Now, if you spend centuries without a bath, some of the debris will become so solid and entangled that water alone can't remove them unless it takes a very long time. The same happens to your inner state if you cling on to unhealthy thoughts. And if you do, stubbornly, then nothing but Fire will burn it away.
And here is why you're told nowadays that unbaptized souls are lost. They weren't "cleaned" by water and now Fire is all it remains. In actuality it means that one refuses to let go of the dirt and when that's your stand, the devil loves it.

In Magick, or psycology, it simply means that those who refuse to let go of their impurities the easy way of the Water will have to deal with Fire when the stress upon the system breaks the weakest link. Call it depression, psycotic attack, compulsive crying... it's dirt. And hence the "Baptism by Fire" thingy too...

Frustration is good
Any good psychologist will tell you that frustration can be the best thing to drive someone to growth, and the clearing of each "frustrating" step towards your goal is the perfect analogy of water, you clean yourself of the effects and grow. If you don't go through little steps of frustration and grow, you'll ultimately get burned... on your way there.

The sacred unspeakable name of God

God's name

This mystic sound is covered in a shroud of mistery, rapped in an enigma and served in a puzzle. This is a technical article, not a religious one.

This name has obvious religious considerations and forms I shall not be considering here and thus means that in spite of what is written next, it's not my aim to disprove anything, just to further elaborate on the ancient meaning of this formula.

So, what's it and what does it really mean and why can only holy man speak it?

Let us cut trough many missinterpretations. And again, let's get things straight from mearly a magickal perspective mystical point of view.

So, under this particular context we have that:

- First, it's not a name. It's a formula. Of creation.
- Second, it can only be "spoken" if you know what it means.
That's why is said holy man did so in silence (it's a mental word).
- Third, it's not forbidden for the sake of forbiddeness.

Forbidden because the knowledge was out of reach to most, it was hidden, like cutting edge war technology nowadays. And this name, this word has power, unlimited power. That religion has got very right.

Lets refine.

Why can it be only spoken by holy man?

It's true that this is indeed one of the conditions.
But holy is not what you think. It was the modern equivalent of a cientist, someone with knowledge. Thus meaning that many non-knowledgeable could utter the sacred name over and over again and it's effect would always be null and that is equally true nowadays. It's like trying to master a ruller, just by holding and looking at it indefinitely, but without notions of geometry and expecting to build a palace.

And as of this name, or word, it's not a matter of sound but of meaning, deep meaning that must be conveyed using all senses. Thus only someone who knows the meaning of the name and "speaks" it with all senses involved is actually pronouncing the "forbidden" name, using it's "mind" technology. And meaning here is not one you'd find at a dictionary.

Why is it forbidden?

It's not forbidden per se.
Forbidden here means that knowing it is not enough. Thus, uttering it will be of no effect except if you have evolved a specific set of mind skills, thus meaning, have become holy.

Holy here, again, means a clear knowledge of the working of the mind and the mental universe (which begets reality).

How can one be holy?

It takes time, discipline, knowedge and very hard practice and it's way too much to even just grasp on the surface on this article.

Let me just state that you need to know how your unconscious mind communicates and that most people spend all day doing it wrong and getting painful existential results on that account.

Meditation is a good start, but meditation alone may proove insuficient. Meditation serves not to quiet the mind, but to search for information. Quiet mind is a necessary means to an end, which meditation techniques achieve, but not it's the end itself.

There are at least 32 very concrete metaphors in which to meditate with all senses that help bring higiene to your thought processes and make you able to trully communicate with this "Force" within you.

These are metaphores you must detect by reflex everytime they reveal themselves in mind and in physical reality. That's what ancient holy men and philosophers meant by communicating with the Gods.

Although discredited by the ignorant and by deluded fools who claim expertise on them, these metaphors are profoundly represented in a Tarot deck, which serves not for divination, except if by "divination" you mean conecting with the Divine within you, and that would imply you knowing all the symbolic meaning of each particular representation within the representations, in the card.

These metaphores of the language of the unconscious are also represented in the astral combination of zodiac signs and heavenly body influences, again, allegories, symbols, coding language of the mental world, a map to within.

How to interpret and learn that language is material for other articles. Usually, doing so, makes you a better human to the point people find you peculiar. Not crazy. Not in coo coo land. Just peculiar. In a charismic way. And at this point, you'll have no beliefs, and nothing to sell except freedom.

What's God's name then?

Ok... :-)...  Wait for wait... I.A.O.U.E.

Yep, I know it sounds familiar. But, magickally, here the spelling is important, again: I-A-O-U-E.

Five vowels, which is no accident. The hebrew YHVH has it's own esoterical formulaic meaning, very identical, which is not addressed by this article but I may do so in a future one.

Generally, in the West, consonants rap around vowelish content, giving it form, but it's vowels in between that provide substance. Read this metaphorically.

I.A.O.U.E. is the formula of creation, manifestation, manipulation of reality.
As you can read in previous articles of mine, everything begins with conscious will being implanted in the unconscious which then, by means of unfortold processes, manifests in physical reality within it's laws (time being of the most concert to... er... most).

Everything is perception. Perception therefore is everything.
This formula further enriches the grasp on the creation process. It's mental.
Let's make some computer parallels. :-)

I.A.O.U.E. - Creation

"I." stands for air, the formless substance. Pure consciousness, Mind in blissfull quiet form, complete awareness. It represents all potential, possibility, the raw material. In computer tech jargon this would be the #undefined, it's not nothing, nor zero, an uncreated existing space in memory allocatable to infinity which appears to be void, nothing yet exists in or of it but it itself "is". Computer geeks should immediatly understand this. :-)

"A." stands for fire, the Will. This is what is going to get seeded in the uncouscious, it's the conscious archetype of what's about to manifest into physical reality. Fire represents it's strenght and disruptive power, it's law. It's what us computer geeks refer to as #coding. There can be no errors in coding for there are laws of coding, language of coding, which refers me back to a few paragraphs above when I briefly spoke of the language of the unconscious. If you don't know it's code, you'll be programming gibberish. Garbage in, garbage out, another familiar motto to any computer technology afficcionado.

"O." stands for water, emotion, energy. If you read my previous articles, somewhere along I speak of a strong emotion being crucial to implement an idea in the unconscious mind. In computer terms this would equate to "compiling", transforming the rationaly interpreted order code into a oceanic mesh of apparent chaos of optimized machine code in order to be able to run much faster, in multiple parallel processes and operating system scenarios, making the code portable to inject in other systems without going through primordial creation (the archetype, the source code) again.

"U." stands for spirit, thus being the system itself in which the code will run. Without a complete system, code means nothing. In Computer Science terms this would be the "hardware" plus the computing process, but more in a "cloud" kind of way, non local, distributed, subjective, but All there is, and all is It, however, appearing modular, individualized, objective.

"E." stands for earth. Manifestation, reality. Physical reality. In computer terms, it's the output result. This output then becames part of the system itself which has to process it in further iteractions, thus being the rough equivalent of a recursive system, computing ad eternum, whereas the whole reflects the tiny and the tiny reflects the whole. As above, so below.

How to pronounce it?

The vowels meaning described above give a clue. There's symbols of all kinds, colors, sounds, flavours, imagery, people, contexts that represent each stage and proper coding.

Meditating on the cycle it encodes helps to reveal it's full sensorial and mental correct "speech". It's called the "kabalistic pronounciation" or, more currently, the magic words (we now know that is meaning, full sensorial/mind meaning that has power, not the words themselves), so often done in Harry Potter and those magical Arabian tales of many nights.

Why is it sacred? Can we speak it?

Everything you see and feel around went through this magickal "spoken" word process, so we're doing it all the time, just not aware and hence, not exactly manifesting in according to True Will.

It's sacred because it's knowledge. Sacred means something that works, almost as nowadays we say "it's science". The scientific method has yet difficulties in measuring and repeting experiences that include the realm of thoughs, of mind, but that's were God (goes by many names) is to be found.

Conclusion

Deviating from the technical context I hope it's clear now that Religion used to be a source of the utmost power. And I'm very sad to have to say "used to be". Of course, one can't generalize and I only did so for the sake of drama.

Having said that I have the most high respect for all forms of beliefs and religions, because, I should know, there's nothing more powerful than belief.
